What's your typical turnaround time?

Standard projects take 1-2 weeks from receipt of chrome-ready parts. Rush service (under 1 week) is available for an additional fee. Prep work, if needed, adds to the timeline.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?

Yes! Our Warwick, NY facility is open for drop-offs Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We can also arrange shipping for clients outside the immediate area.

Can you prep my piece or do I need to do it?

We offer full prep services including sanding, priming, and surface repair. However, many clients prefer to do their own prep to save on costs. We require all pieces arrive at 1200-grit minimum for chrome application.

How do I get an accurate quote?

Use our quote form with photos and dimensions for the most accurate estimate. For complex projects, we may request the piece in-person before providing a final quote.
