Current Prep Level

The surface condition of your piece directly affects the final chrome quality. Be honest—we'll work with you either way.

Current Surface Finish *

Raw / Unfinished Straight off the printer or out of the mold. Layer lines, seams, or rough texture visible.

Partially Prepped (≤600 grit) Some sanding done. Major imperfections addressed but not mirror-smooth.

Advanced Prep (800-1000 grit) Smooth to the touch. Primed and sanded. Minor imperfections may remain.

Chrome-Ready (1200+ grit) Fully prepped to NYCHROMEART standard. Smooth as glass. Ready for chrome.
